(another) cheese plate

As per our usual ritual,  my dear friend Amy and I created a delicious cheese plate for dinner last night!

4 cheeses:
Delice de Bourgogne (Triple cream)
Memolet (Aged Cheddar)
Cave Aged Emmentaler (similar to a Swiss)
Biano Sardo (similar to a Manchego)

We also had these interesting lime-ginger preserves that Amy brought from Boston, honey, and assorted olives and almonds.
